My aim is to support others in finding their way to that place — that inner sanctuary of stillness, authenticity, and deep belonging.
To guide you there, I draw on extensive training in a diverse range of yogic approaches that nourish both body and mind — including Yin, Gentle, and Hatha Yoga, as well as Meditation and Pranayama (breath-work).

I’m Pennie, a yoga teacher and breath specialist, dedicated to helping you connect deeply with your inner landscape. To feel more embodied in a safe, supportive way. With a strong meditative approach, my teaching is designed to balance your nervous system while cultivating strength, ease, and connection.

For the past two years, I have been training as a certified Yoga Therapist with Dru Yoga (BCYT), and have accumulated over 1,100 hours of teacher training from various yoga schools over the last 10 years.

I offer an embodied yoga practice that invites you to reconnect with your authentic self. Through breath work, meditation, and movement, my aim is to guide you through a comprehensive and transformative experience, one that nurtures both body and mind.
